Alberto Landgraf

Alberto Landgraf is the force behind Oteque in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro. Of Japanese and German roots, he trained in Japan and in London with Tom Aikens and Gordon Ramsay before opening Oteque. The restaurant serves a tasting menu focused on high quality ingredients with an elegant yet casual service, taking inspiration from nature's purity to express joy, beauty and comfort. The menu is built around local and seasonal Brazilian ingredients with ethical farming practices at its core.
