By accessing or using SLAYREPORT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SLAYREPORT is a product discovery and intelligence platform. We aggregate and curate information about new products, startups, and technology companies. We also publish a daily newsletter.

3. Accounts

  • You may create an account using Google, LinkedIn, or email and password.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • One account per person. Do not share account credentials.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

  • The free tier provides access to basic product listings and the newsletter.
  • The Pro tier provides additional features and is billed through Stripe.
  • Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute content from the Service without permission

6. Content

Product information, descriptions, and analyses on SLAYREPORT are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of product data. Product information is sourced from public data and may not reflect the current state of any product or company.

7. Newsletter

  • By subscribing or creating an account, you may receive our newsletter.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • We will not sell your email address to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The SLAYREPORT name, logo, and original content are owned by SLAYREPORT. Product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

SLAYREPORT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on information found on the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
