Catia Uliassi

Catia Uliassi grew up in her parents' bar in Senigallia, learning the values of hard work, dedication and the art of human connection that still guide her today. After qualifying as an accountant and a brief university stint, in 1990 she co-founded Ristorante Uliassi with her brother Mauro at age 20. She is the organiser and service manager, ensuring every guest feels welcomed as if in their own home by the sea. In 2015 she married chef Mauro Paolini. Her greatest passion outside hospitality is painting, a discovery she made in 2000 at an informal art exhibition that has never left her since.
