Eric Vildgaard

Eric Kragh Vildgaard is a Danish chef whose path to fine dining followed a turbulent youth involving gangs before he found cooking. He worked at Søllerød Kro, Almanak and spent three years at Noma before opening Jordnær in Gentofte with his wife Tina in 2017. The restaurant earned its first Michelin star within nine months, a second in 2020 and a third in 2024, and entered The World's 50 Best Restaurants at No. 38 in 2022.
