Katina Connaughton

Katina Connaughton is co-owner of SingleThread in Healdsburg, California, together with her husband Kyle Connaughton who heads the kitchen. She runs the nearby 24-acre SingleThread Farm, which supplies most of the restaurant's produce — flowers, vegetables, and herbs grown with regenerative practices. The restaurant appeared at No. 80 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 and holds three Michelin stars.
