Our Take

AgenticLens is basically what happens when someone looks at the horrors of debugging AI agents and says "there has to be a better way" — and then builds it. It's free, runs entirely locally so your logs never leave your machine, and turns those messy execution traces into a visual flow with timeline and replay functionality. The Claude Agent SDK support is there day one which makes sense given that's probably 90% of their target user base, though I'm curious how well it handles edge cases since right now they're only at 32 users and the Product Hunt ranking wasn't exactly setting the world on fire. For developers tired of grepping through chaos logs, this is low-key the move — free, no setup, actually works.

AgenticLens turns your logs into a visual workspace with Flow view, Timeline, and Replay features. It works locally with your existing logs (Claude Agent SDK supported today), with no setup and no data leaving your machine.

Problem It Solves
Debugging agent workflows means reading long, messy logs and guessing what went wrong - there's no clear flow, no visibility into latency, and no easy way to replay execution to understand what happened, where it slowed down, and why it behaved a certain way.
Target Customer
Developers working with AI agents, specifically those using Claude Agent SDK
Use Cases
Visual debugging of AI agent workflows, Tracing agent execution, Replaying agent execution to understand behavior, Identifying where agent slowed down, Understanding why agent behaved a certain way
Free Tier
true
Differentiator
Works locally with no setup required - turns messy logs into visual workspace unlike traditional log-based debugging
Why Now
AI agents are becoming more prevalent and debugging them with current tools (reading long messy logs) is broken - there's no clear flow, visibility into latency, or easy replay capability
Traction
User Count: 32 · Notable Metrics: Day Rank #43 with 63 points
