Jeffrey Byun and Henry Lee just dropped Akkari — and these two already sold OrderAhead to Square, then built BLADE into a $1.2B+ monthly trading volume machine. That's two exits and a YC founder who's done Winter 11 and Winter 26. Their new bet: automating customer ops, which is essentially replacing the 30-person GTM teams and 2,500 contractor armies Michael Moore used to run. Does the world need another autonomous AI ops tool? Probably not. But when a team this seasoned decides to build something, you at least watch what they ship.
