Our Take
Corvera is going after a massive, unglamorous problem in CPG brands—supply chain waste—and honestly, that’s exactly why it might work. Their “Agentic OS” positioning tells me the AI doesn’t just crunch numbers, it actually executes decisions autonomously in the supply chain, which is a bolder claim than most AI logistics tools. For founders burning money on spoilage and margin erosion, this solves a real pain point in a $3 trillion industry. The vertical focus is the move here—CPG supply chains are brutal, and you need domain-specific AI, not a general-purpose tool dressed up for procurement. I don’t know their traction yet, but I’m watching to see if they’re actually automating or just automating away the wrong things.
