Our Take
Endra just secured a $20M seed round led by Notion Capital to build an MEP automation platform aimed at the $10T+ construction market — that's arguably the loudest funding signal in European proptech this quarter. The Swedish startup's four-person founding team includes three technical co-founders, which tells me they're serious about actually building something complex rather than just slapping an AI label on construction software. MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) coordination is notoriously fragmented and painful, so if Endra's platform reduces coordination errors on mid-size commercial builds, they could bag a legitimately large market before anyone else wakes up to it.
