Dimitri Masin's GradientLabs just got picked as an OpenAI case study — which is basically free validation that they're onto something real with AI for financial services. Unlike the ten thousandth generic AI support wrapper, these three co-founders built LabsAI specifically for finance, meaning it actually gets compliance, security, and why banking customers are famously difficult instead of pretending every industry's the same. That's either the play or a very expensive niche to bet on.
