The hybrid retrieval plus reranking stack is table stakes now, but deploying AI agents as embeddable widgets from a no-code dashboard while still offering an API for devs is the actual differentiator for mixed teams. Early days with 80 followers and a team size of one, so I'd want to see real customer retention before calling this a dark horse, but the positioning is smarter than most RAG plays I've seen lately.
