InTouch is exactly the kind of AI use case I can get behind — it's tackling senior loneliness with something way more useful than another chatbot. Daily phone check-ins with a conversational AI actually make sense when you think about how many elderly people prefer voice calls to screens, and 24/7 availability means someone's never truly alone. That said, the biggest test is going to be whether the conversations feel human enough that seniors actually want to keep talking to it, not just tolerate it — because if it sounds like a robo-caller, this whole thing falls apart.
