Onboarding0 is basically a RAG pipeline dressed up for HR - you connect your scattered Notion docs and Confluence pages, feed them to an AI, and get what amounts to a fancy FAQ bot for new hires. The citations-with-thumbs-up/down feedback loop is actually smart because most knowledge base tools just trust the LLM hallucinated answers, but 131 Product Hunt followers tells me this is still very much a idea-stage product. The "onboard AI agents" angle is the interesting hook here - every company is racing to build agent infrastructure right now, and being able to train both human employees and AI coworkers on the same knowledge backbone could be the real differentiator if they execute on that vision before the enterprise giants notice this space exists.
