PixDone is trying to make checking off tasks feel like a lottery, which is either genius or gimmicky — I can't tell from the product page. The "random pixel rewards" mechanic is definitely attention-grabbing, but reward systems like this live or die by whether the dopamine hit actually lands when you use it. Without seeing the pixel visuals in action, this reads more like a fun experiment in gamified productivity than a system that'll keep me showing up.
