Polymorph
Personalized notifs & attribution for consumer and self-serve apps
Our Take
Polymorph is building the opposite of those annoying push notifications you immediately swipe away. They use AI to build live user profiles that actually learn from how people use your product—and then send personalized messages at exactly the right time through the right channel. Think of it as your product getting smart enough to know when someone is hesitating and nudging them before they bounce.
The platform integrates with PostHog, Amplitude, Snowflake, ClickHouse, and Datadog to pull in behavioral signals—2.1 million from PostHog alone, 3.4 million from ClickHouse. It tracks when users are most active (peak hours are 12-2 PM and 8-10 PM on weekdays), how they respond to different notification types, and what actually makes them convert. One user example shows Polymorph catching someone lingering on the Slack integration page, noticing the hesitation, and firing off a nudge that says "Teams your size usually connect Slack first. Takes 30 seconds." That's not a generic welcome email—that's your product doing sales work for you.
Y Combinator backed them because the market for AI-powered product analytics is exploding and everyone is tired of one-size-fits-all messaging. Polymorph is making notifications feel like a helpful teammate instead of a corporation screaming for your attention.
