Presentify

Presentify is a Mac app that makes you look like you actually know how to present. It's that simple. You can annotate over anything—videos, PDFs, code, slides, live demos—and your audience sees exactly what you want them to see. No more pointing at the screen like a caveman or saying "click on that button in the top left corner, wait no, the other one."

This thing has everything: pens, highlighters, shapes, text, a full whiteboard mode for brainstorming diagrams, cursor highlighting with a custom ring so people can actually follow your mouse movements, spotlight to dim everything except what matters, and zoom for when you're showing something tiny. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Keynote, PowerPoint, OBS—literally anything. You can set drawings to auto-erase after a few seconds so your demo stays clean without clicking around trying to clear your annotations. Gradient colors if you want to look fancy.

One person built this. Just one developer who apparently got tired of watching people fumble through screenshares and decided to fix it. The work has been featured by some major tech companies—which is actually wild for a side project. Available on the Mac App Store, Setapp, or direct download.
