Transform a room photo into four styled edits and a shopping

Our Take

Restage helps short-let hosts turn one room photo into a shoppable design plan in under a minute. Snap a space, pick a style—Warm Minimal, Coastal, Japandi, or Boutique Hotel—and get four realistic edits with paint specs, layout notes, and a complete shopping list with real products and real prices from major retailers. Your first room is free, no card required. After that, $29 per room or $99 for ten, one-time, lifetime access.

Here's why this exists: Airbnb's policy explicitly forbids AI-generated listing photos. Most hosts either live with ugly rooms or pay a stylist $500+ to come stage and shoot. Restage is the middle ground—you see the room as it could be, then either DIY it with the shopping list (most rooms come together in a weekend) or book their done-for-you service where a local stylist + photographer comes and physically stages the space. The shopping list is the differentiator: linen duvet set from Quince ($148), travertine lamp from CB2 ($120), Portola limewash paint in "Bone" ($58/gal), rugs, art, the whole nine yards. Total build-out runs around $829 give or take. They curate on quality and fit, not commission.

For short-let hosts, this is a no-brainer. A better-looking listing means better photos, better reviews, more bookings, more money. Restage just removed the "I have no idea what to buy or how to put this together" friction. Four edits, one minute, done.
