Vercel Flags
The frontend cloud. Creators of Next.js.
Our Take
Vercel just dropped feature flags natively into their platform, which makes total sense given they already have millions of devs deploying Next.js apps through them. Rather than forcing you to wire up a third-party service, they've built progressive rollouts, A/B tests, and server-side evaluation straight in — the whole package. The move is obvious: they're betting their existing user base won't bother shopping around when the feature is already there, and at a $9.3B valuation with 3.2M weekly AI SDK downloads, they've got the leverage to make that bet. That said, if you're not on Vercel already, there's a reason dedicated feature flag tools exist, and I'm not sure this alone is enough to pull people away.
Vercel provides the developer tools and cloud infrastructure to build, scale, and secure a faster, more personalized web.
