Isaac McHale

Isaac McHale is a Scottish chef, born 1980 in Orkney and raised in Glasgow, and chef-patron of the two-Michelin-star The Clove Club in Shoreditch, London. He staged at Noma and In De Wulf and spent six years at The Ledbury as development chef before making his name with the Young Turks collective alongside James Lowe and Ben Greeno. He opened The Clove Club in the Grade II-listed Shoreditch Town Hall in 2013, serving a modern British tasting menu built on the best of British Isles produce.
