Sandra Gacio is the creative and operational force behind Tora in Madrid, having led the creation of the project, designed the space, and manages the restaurant day-to-day. Tora is a contemporary Japanese taverna opened by footballer Mario Hermoso in 2022, offering omakase-style dining with Japanese-Spanish fusion. Michelin has issued a Restaurant Recommended distinction.
