Tomos Parry

Tomos Parry is an Anglesey-born Welsh chef who trained at Le Gallois in Cardiff and cooked at The River Café and Kitchen Table in London before making his name as head chef at Kitty Fisher's in Mayfair. In 2018 he opened Brat in Shoreditch, whose Basque-inspired wood-fired cooking won a Michelin star, and in 2023 he opened Mountain on Beak Street in Soho, which was awarded a Michelin star in the 2024 UK & Ireland guide. His food fuses his Welsh heritage with the grill traditions of Spain's Basque Country.
