They sit between employers and everyone who needs to verify employment: landlords, lenders, banks, background check companies—basically anyone who'd otherwise be stuck waiting weeks for a response letter. It's infrastructure that should've existed decades ago.

They're Series B, based in San Francisco, and they're quietly becoming the plumbing behind half the employment checks in America. Every time you get approved for an apartment or a loan instantly, there's a good chance Finch is underneath it.
