Scroll.ai is positioning itself as the fix for one of the most annoying problems in AI right now — agents that sound confident but hallucinate half the time. The platform skips RAG (which is basically yesterday's news anyway) and instead gives AI agents actual domain knowledge by ingesting your docs, slides, spreadsheets, even audio files, then serving that context directly at query time. They're throwing around "5x improvement" on accuracy and latency, which is bold — I haven't seen independent benchmarks, but the mechanism makes sense. If they've actually nailed retrieval quality, this could be the move for companies tired of watching their AI spend half its tokens re-reading the same PDF.
