Spine Swarm
Manage a team of AI agents that do real work

Our Take
Akshay Budhkar and Ashwin Raman came out of Instacart, AWS, and Nvidia with the kind of engineering pedigree that makes recruiters cry, and instead of collecting their big tech paychecks, they built Spine AI. Now they've launched Swarm—a multi-agent system that deploys hundreds of AI agents simultaneously to extract and process data from literally any source. It's like sending an army of really smart interns to do your research, except they don't need lunch breaks and they actually finish on time. They're YC S23 backed, which means they went through the startup forge that produced Stripe, Airbnb, and DoorDash. Spine Swarm handles the kind of data extraction tasks that would take a human team weeks—scraping, structuring, enriching, and delivering clean data at scale. We're talking about pulling data from websites, PDFs, databases, APIs, and combining it all into structured outputs that are actually usable. In the age of AI, data is literally the oxygen and Spine Swarm is the ventilator. Every company needs clean, structured data and nobody wants to hire a team of 20 people to manually process it. Spine just automated the entire pipeline.
