SWE-AF is basically running 500+ Claude Code instances simultaneously with actual role assignments — PM, architect, parallel coders, QA, the whole engineering org chart. That's either the most chaotically ambitious thing I've ever seen or an actual glimpse at what autonomous dev teams look like. The fact it's open source means anyone can poke around and see if it actually holds together or just looks cool on aREADME.
